The room was huge, especially for just the two of us, with a super comfy bed that made for great nights of sleep.
The breakfast was simple but lacked fresh fruit, which would have been a nice addition to start the day.

The experience was outstanding during our visit to see the Vatican, just a short walk away. The suite with a balcony was beautifully clean and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Paola was incredibly helpful, explaining everything we needed to know and highlighting nearby restaurants and shops. Plus, with a large supermarket just across the street, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips.

Comfortable mattresses and a beautifully decorated space.
Our experience was marred by a complete lack of staff on site for support. It was frustrating to check in through a series of text messages, and the room felt cramped for our family of three. To make matters worse, there were very few amenities provided, no shampoo, and the hand soap dispenser was broken upon arrival.

A delightful stay near the Vatican
Every morning began with the aroma of freshly brewed cappuccinos waiting for us. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from St Peter's Basilica, with charming markets and eateries nearby. The owner was exceptionally hospitable, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
However, we encountered some noise from our neighbors, which disrupted our sleep occasionally. The Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable at times, but it wasn't a major setback for our enjoyable trip.

i really thought i would enjoy my stay, but documents needed endless messages to access the room. And the cleaning was so overpowering. i almost choked. i genuinely expected a complimentary bottle of wine for my inconvenience, but nothing. woudl ve been a nice touch, but clearly, they prefer treating everyone the same, even special guests like me. ridiculous!

Communication was strong from the start, ensuring a smooth stay with prompt responses throughout. The cozy room featured charming tile floors and large windows, enhancing the authentic atmosphere. Breakfast included delightful pastries and made-to-order coffee, which was a lovely touch. However, the proximity to a bustling street caused occasional noise disturbances, and the overall bathroom amenities could use some upgrading for comfort.
